Miroslav Šperka

"I advise clients on key issues pertaining to their international business, such as international taxation, trademark protection, anti-competitive practices, energy law, and IT law.
I got my degrees in law and economics at Matej Bel University in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia. I also obtained an LLM degree from the University of London. I speak Slovak, Czech, Polish, English, Russian, and German."

"I studied law in Krakow, Tilburg, and Kiev. I graduated from the Academy of Intellectual Property Law at the Jagiellonian University. I manage the Polish branch office of the V4 Group, where I'm responsible for our firm’s legal practice.
I've been providing legal assistance to Slovak and Czech businesses for many years. The choice was quite natural because my husband is Slovak. I found a lucrative market gap for lawyers and tax advisors who speak languages that are not as commonly used, and can help clients to get familiar with local regulations of the Central European countries. English and Russian aside, I speak Polish, Slovak, and Czech."

Dawid graduated in law from the University of Warsaw. He has also completed two years of postgraduate studies in international tax law at the University of Vienna. Dawid is a partner at V4 Group Poland.

Doradzam klientom przy realizacji złożonych projektów inwestycyjnych oraz w bieżącej działalności gospodarczej w regionie Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej. Specjalizuję się w obsłudze dużych projektów infrastrukturalnych i przemysłowych, w tym projektów typu EPC, w sektorach chemicznym, energetycznym oraz kolejowym. Posiadam również szerokie doświadczenie w zakresie transakcji M&A i restrukturyzacji, prawa umów oraz prawa korporacyjnego.
Doświadczenie zawodowe zdobywałem w kancelariach prawnych w Polsce i na Słowacji, a także pełniąc funkcję dyrektora biura prawnego w ORLEN Unipetrol - międzynarodowej grupie petrochemicznej z siedzibą w Czechach.
Ukończyłem studia prawnicze na Uniwersytecie Komenskiego w Bratysławie oraz studia podyplomowe z zakresu prawa rynku kapitałowego na Uniwersytecie Warszawskim.
Posługuję się językiem słowackim, polskim, czeskim oraz angielskim.

Magda holds a degree in law from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, and then completed postgraduate studies in Foreign Trade at the Krakow University of Economics. She is a member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors in Poland and a judge of the Disciplinary Court of the National Chamber of Tax Advisors for her 6th term.

Monika graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration, and International Relations at the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Academy in Krakow. She earned her master's degree in 2013.
From 2014-2016, she underwent her legal advisor's apprenticeship conducted by the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow.
Her experience includes providing legal services to businesses in the areas of civil law, business law, construction law, labor law, industrial property law, and consumer law.
In 2017, she was entered in the list of legal advisors of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Krakow. In 2019, she graduated from the Slovak Law School at Jagiellonian University.

"I have over 20 years of experience in legal services for businesses. I specialize in corporate law, M&A transactions, and investment processes, including PE/VC. I'm interested in intellectual property protection and legal services for the IT, new technology, and startup industries."
Ilona is a lawyer and director of V4 Group branch office in Katowice. She holds a degree in law from Jagiellonian University, as well as degrees in private law and administration from Université d'Orléans in France. She graduated from the Postgraduate Study of Intellectual Property Law at the Jagiellonian University, postgraduate studies in Accounting and Finance at the EU in Krakow, the School of French Law, and the School of Spanish Law at the Jagiellonian University, the Summer School of International Law in The Hague and the Summer School of Continental Law in Paris. She is the author of publications on corporate law and civil law.
Ilona is fluent in French, Spanish, and English. She heads the French Desk team.
